A session you can shape
A standard tone generator holds its settings until you change them. The Journey Builder lets those settings move on a timeline. You can begin with a built-in preset or place your own points, then listen to the complete arc before saving it.
The frequency labels describe the beat or pulse rate being generated. They do not guarantee that a listener will enter a matching mental state. Treat each journey as a listening setup you can test during a defined activity and compare with another session.
Save keeps an editable journey in this browser. Export journey creates a JSON file containing the settings, while Download renders a stereo WAV file for offline listening.
The work happens locally on your device. Longer WAV files use more memory and storage, so a shorter test render is sensible before preparing a long session.
