The setup

Meditation sessions usually sit in the theta range (4–8 Hz), sometimes starting in alpha and descending. In the studio, the Meditate preset (6 Hz) is the classic choice — 6 Hz is one of the few frequencies with dedicated EEG studies behind it. How to use it

What to actually expect
